It's Valentine's Day!

Dan and I celebrated Valentine's Day on Total Defence Day (15 Feb)... oops... sorry, job hazard. Okay, anyway he had classes on that Valentine's evening so we decided to go out the next day.

We explored the Christopher Columbus Park. If we got it right, Columbus is the founder of America. As usual, we tried to play with our camera. Took a few shots here and there and tried to get some scenery and mood shots. We kind of like the feel of this reflection photo though I must say we still need to work on our skills. Well, hopefully we can also get a better camera. =)

A shot of a seagull by the park.

We finally learned to appreciate photographs of flying birds.
It was really tough capturing them soaring in the sky.
This photo was like our 10th try?
We kind of lost count and our fingers just went numb...

Can you spot the five seagulls in a row?

As usual we took our photos on our own.

Top model wannabe of the year... kekeke

Ok, we took a shot from the periscope because it was FREE. Hahaha.
Back in Singapore, we didn't bother because we had to pay for it.

After the stroll in the park, we got to Boston Children's Museum. I had always wanted to visit BCM because we don't have such thing back in Singapore. It was wise to make a trip there on Friday after 5pm because it only cost us USD1 per adult! OMG! So cheap, chip, chip, chip, chip! We really had a fun time there. It was kind of like Science Centre but it houses more interactive play for topics such as music, construction, animals and moral values. I really love the place. I wish I could work there. And I hope next time I can bring our children to visit BCM. =)

This was fun! We just stood in front of a green backdrop and TADA!
We became part of the cartoon characters!

Oops... Dan was too tall and was cropped off.

There was once a boy named Daniel.
He usually waited for his school bus at this bus stop.

And there was a girl named Doris
(erm.... excuse me... it's the one on the right, not the left... thanks).
She also waited at the bus stop.

And that was how they met... orgh... so sweet...

Welcome to DanDor Budget Airline!

This is Doris, the air stewardess wannabe and

This is Daniel, the captain wannabe.

And we make sure you would have a wonderful journey... Zzzzzzzzzz ...

Oh, while I was having my perm, Dan had his hair cut...

Check out his new hair style manz!

How about these few?

This is his all time favourite shaggy look.
