Public Garden

We walked past the Public Garden the other day. We realized that we have not been to the garden for a while. Seems like the last time was in May when my parents were around. Dan and I agreed to visit the Public Garden and have our Quiet Time there, no matter how cold it would be, because the weather would only get worse. If we miss it this time round, we would have to wait till winter fades off.

The wilting of leaves marks the coming of Fall.

George Washington, the first president of United States.

The white leaves are real! Remind us of snow and Christmas.

This back view reminds us of Gollum from the Lord of the Rings.
"Precious... my precious..."

It was kind of weird to read the book of Isaiah with such a lovely scene before me. The book of Psalms would have been a better candidate.

It was cold at about 16 degrees celsius.

We scrambled off for dinner after two chilling hours in the garden.

Dan wanted to use this to depict loneliness.

I just wish we have a DSLR to capture the depth

Very Nice picture composition. Get Your Canon 50D! Good Cameras if you take care.. can last a lifetime!

However, DSLR - Digital, Single Lens reflex is a another new system. So you may have to figure out how to use to its best effect. Though they may have "live" view on the screen, too much use will spoil the mirror flipping. So.. dun expect to buy it and use it as a point and shoot! You have to take largely from your viewfinder!

Have fun!
