Boston Marathon Part 1

We didn't have the time to update our blog because we were out most of the time, exploring some parts of Boston and be part of the baseball and marathon madness.

We were out in Copley (aka Orchard Road of Singapore) the Sunday prior to  the 112th marathon. In case you are not aware, the Boston Marathon is a big big thing here. The finishing line is at Copley so the set up was real big and grand. It was extremely crowded that particular Sunday.

Boston Marathon always falls on Patriot's Day.
Baseball game will be arranged earlier so that Red Sox fans
can join in the marathon fun after the match.

Tortoise and hare ... commemorates
100th anniversary of Boston Marathon

Even the church was roped in for prayers

"... but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not faint." Isaiah 40:28

On the way to our favourite tiny Japanese noodle house, we passed by an interesting shop.

"Madam! Coffee, tea or me?"

D is for Doris

and this is the key to my heart. LOL
